Press-Release to K’ 2016
With 60 years of experience in machine engineering, TAMPOPRINT belongs to the innovators in the pad printing industry. “Our Concept of Success” says Wilfried Philipp, founder and chairman of TAMPOPRINT, “substantiates the knowledge to be better, know more and to be more reliable than others”. With this vision and several recent developments in our luggage, TAMPOPRINT travels to the K’ 2016 in Dusseldorf, the leading trade show of the Plastics Industry.
Following a successful market introduction of the Modular-Automation-Platform – MAP, TAMPOPRNT presents this year a contested Semi-Automation-Platform for small and medium batch sizes. The automation is individually configurable with maximal three pad printing machines with an up to 125 mm print-image diameter and various ancillary options. With standardized assemblies is the new MODULE ONE a universally deployable building-set solution with short delivery times and clear price conditions.
For many years the ROTOPRINT has been the first selection in the industry for the high-speed pad-printing on bottle closures. For K’2016, TAMPOPRINT will apply this concept of success into the standard-machine portfolio and presents the automation in a reworked machine-frame in TAMPOPRINT Look. Operation and accessibility of the machine is optimized through ergonomic adaptations. Furthermore, the machine can be outfitted with a newly developed ink-cartridge system.
Pioneering ways will also be pursued with the topic pad-print cliché. In cooperation with the technology partner SPGPrints Austria, TAMPOPRINT has developed a fast and clean cliché production with laser direct engraving. A simple and fully digital production process replaces herewith the time-consuming and operator-dependent steps of the conventional production. The result is superior and unparalleled on the market, in qualitative regard, as well as in precision and reproduction of the conventional line and raster engraving of polymer clichés.
Focused on flexible and high-premium system solutions and future reliable productions, TAMPOPRINT will also be introducing at the show a patented further development of the rotation pad print procedure. This procedure enables a continuous decoration of cylindrical parts. Therewith the printing process will be substantially more efficient and productive. Furthermore, the continuous printing process ensures for increased process control and therefore: Better quality and higher precision!
Dr. Joerg Schuhbauer, Sales Director at TAMPOPRINT, is already looking forward to the show visitors: “From October 19-26, 2016, we will exhibit to our customers in Hall 4, Booth C46 our new developments we have elaborated within the last years. I am excitedly looking forward to the startled faces, when we again revolutionize a printing technique.
