From a Family Company to a Family of Companies
Sometimes we ask colleagues who've worked here a while or from the beginning: "What was it like back then?" The answer is almost always the same: "It was like being part of a family."
Then we ask: "So what's changed?" Usually there's a pause, and then they say: "Nothing, actually. The family has just got bigger."
That's no coincidence, but the product of a targeted approach. Our founder and chairman says: "People are like an engraver's tools: choose the best, and treat them well. You'll keep them for a lifetime."
