What kind of work does an employee in the production of raw clichés do?
There are various and versatile process steps that are necessary for the production of raw clichés. These include measuring the layer thickness, laminating, cutting the materials such as ALOXID, Magnet-ALOXID, INTAGLIO and Magnet-Raster - to name just a few, and all this in different sizes. Furthermore, the clichés are punched with standard or special perforations, checked for any defects and packed into packs of 10 ready for shipment.
What was your most challenging moment?
Saying "yes" when I was offered the opportunity to take on more tasks and responsibility in our department.
What makes your job interesting?
There is a wide variety of activities that must be carried out on your own. At the same time, there are always new things to learn and contribute, and you also grow personally through the tasks. In addition, the collegial environment contributes to a great working atmosphere.
What qualities are required to fit in with your team?
Above all, you should bring with you a high degree of responsibility, independent work, initiative, but also the ability to work in a team. Fun at work and, above all, good humor - are the order of the day here with us.
