Depending on the equipment fitted, for caps with a 28 mm diameter the concept allows for an output of up to 100,000 or 150,000 items/h. For caps with a 38 mm diameter, an output of approx. 75,000 items/h or 110,000 items/h is achieved. The “Rotoprint” can be equipped for print images with 1 - 3 colors.

With all variants, the items are fed using the tried and tested ascending conveyor which eliminates unnecessary machine stops due to incorrectly oriented caps.
The system is equipped with interchangeable mandrills. This guarantees rapid and economical system process changeovers when printing several cap types.

The “RTI 2000” printing unit is operated without tools and requires no external ink supply systems. This cuts set-up times to a minimum and smooth operations are guaranteed. Gas is used for the final drying. This guarantees rapid ink drying and helps the ink bond with the cap.

Caps are removed in position on a cold air drying belt.
