The dummy plates are fed to the vibration sorting container by vibrating rails depending on fill level. They are aligned and fed to the pick and place intake handling via a linear section. The intake handling gripper then places the separated baby dummy plate in the jigs on the rotary indexing table. A downstream press-in fixture guarantees that the workpiece is in the right position. Prior to the printing process, the surface of the baby dummy plate is pre-treated by means of ionizing and a gas flame. The parts are printed in 4 colours using tried and tested cam-controlled "Hermetic 6-11" tampon printing machines including tampon cleaning. Cold air drying between the tampon printing machines and their equipment by means of tampon ventilation and thinner metering system ensures a good print quality. After the final infrared drying and subsequent cold air treatment, the parts are stored in a bulk goods container by means of the delivery handling. |
